OMG!!! I just weighed in and I thought the scale was broken!!! I weighed twice and it still showed l net loss of 13 pounds. My wife attributes it to a not so full colon but I'll take it any way I can get it!!!
I can hardly believe how well moderately increasing my activity and very strictly adhering to my diet plan is working. Realistically though, I don't expect these type of results every week. I am sure that this only a transitional thing as my metabolism was not used to this new level of activity.
