Finally breaking thru yet another plateau. I was reluctant to get on the scale but pleasantly surprised to see myself resume a more normal pattern. I have been trying to figure ways to break thru and I incorporated some yoga and floor exercise as I have "jiggle" areas that need attention. I really think the body gets used to repetition so we need to mix it up now and then. It's getting closer to summer and can't hide behind the loose sweaters and jeans!
