Today was pretty good! I finally got to the gym and did some strength training. I am happy I weigh 180 so the scale is moving a little bit. I will keep plowing through!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
