I had my body fat tested yesterday from my weight training coach and I gained a pound of muscle! I only lost a few pounds - 2.5% fat, but a pound of muscle :) I'm happy! My weight has pretty much stayed the same, I go from 143 to 140 but for those like me who get discouraged, go get your body fat tested - it's great to know that something good is going on instead of feeling like the scale is the enemy! :)

I've been going to my community rec center - if you have one close to you, they might do it without you needing a membership? Just to give you an idea, it's $5.00 to get it done at mine :)
