Almost down 20 pounds!!! 1.4 lbs to go!!!!!!!!! I am so happy with my results tracking your food intake is really important. It's been exactly 2 months since I started this healthy weight loss. its changed my mind about not eating healthy every day. You are allowed to cheat. Thanks for all the support you've given me. ❤
176.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
