Thanks Alex, I do but you know it was just one of them days...Tried to start my computer at home this morning and it crashed so I will take in and see if it can be saved after work, but on a positive note I walk 3 days a week and took a minute off my time today so I have shaved 7 minutes off the walk from two weeks ago.
