Can't break this plateau. My theory is converting fat into lean. I am leaner and feel stronger, buttt.....

If you exercise a lot, you can stay the same weight but lose inches. Both the scale and inches lost are ways of showing weight loss success. Maybe change things up a little, but keep going. It will all even out.

That is what is happening to my friend too. She is having some tests done to make sure she does not have something like a tyroid problem. She says she feels great eats healthy exercises daily but has been at 280 and will not go down at all, its been weeks. I would say keep up the good work and give it maybe a week or 2 more then you should start to lose more. Thats what happened to me anyways. Good Luck. Don't give up.
