Doctor visit, post blood clot, am allowed to start mowing again, still on limited duty at work, watching my diet to prevent more blood clots, thought we had an issue with my blood pressure, left arm 147/68, right arm 121/71, told doc Graham about it, he had the nurse come and manually take it again in both arms, left arm 121/68, right arm 120/67. This was something that I had noticed while I was in the hospital, so who knows, doc was OK with it, but I will continue to check it. Not working on the lose weight part of the diet as much as I am trying to get healthy again. But still happy with my weight would like to get to 259lbs. and to 245 by November.
