I have done a terrible job sticking to any type of diet. it really pisses me off! Just last night my wife was in tears because she was worried about me dying at an early age. She is probably right, and for some reason I don't care enough. I have to do something about this now!! So today I am going to rededicate myself to a healthier lifestyle.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck with that. Remember to eat lots of stuff with protein and fiber. It helps you feel full for longer. Start slowly don't do it overnight because you will do like me and benge eat for like 2 days. lol Welcome back to the diet world. Good luck!!!
