SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 20 LIFT DAY
Figured out why the bicep bench tweak returned Monday in full force. Inexplicably moved my back squat grip in tight, to press position. So, self inflicted.
Erroneously reported yesterday that I hit my flat bench regardless. Incorrect. Missed both flat and incline by multiple reps. Pains mostly gone this morning.
Deducting the vaxx layoff, I feel pretty good about recomp results for two weeks of work after a 20 month layoff. Lifts are all heading up, form and cues are right there (Monday's alzheimers event notwithstanding), fat is heading slowly down after initial rebound, no injury, and, as of right now, no real pain walking around. I'll take it!
TBar rows and machine crunches yesterday. Everything up. Uneventful, except for the relentlessly overcrowded weight room.
