Yowza! Hit my first goal of 15 lbs! I had a suggestion from someone to go to water instead of Diet Coke--or at least count 1 carb for each one. I switched to water (with only 2-3 cans/day--and counting them). It did the trick!! Thanks for the help! Next goal: 10 lbs.
