My body is achy from yesterdays workout, back to it this morning anyways. I made through but man those jumping jacks are the worst part.
My dad is on my case about getting to the gym everyday too. I've recently been laid off and he feels that I should be going everyday for a few hours. I'll get there this afternoon and at least do some cardio but to be honest i really don't want to go.

I understand you not wanting to go but look at this time off of work as a chance to focus on getting healthy, working out, and eating right. When you go back to work, hopefully it will be habit and you won't struggle so much to make it happen.

I like the idea of the gym becoming a habit. Plus, the extra exercise will help keep your spirits up with all those endorphins generated! It might also be a way to network with others if you're looking for a new job opportunity. Have fun! :)
