Been out of work for awhile and it has affected my body in a negative way. Well - it's time to use this extra time Not to feel sorry for myself and eat a bunch of crap all day long, but to start working towards taking control of myself again.
I worked hard to lose all that weight a few years ago. I never hit the goal I had, although I was close enough to be satisfied for awhile. Now that I'm leaning in the wrong direction I am frustrated and feeling helpless and out of control again. This is not the way! I've already proven to myself that I can do this. So I'm gonna do it again! And do it right! Let's get some exercise in there. Let's get some greens back in my diet! Let's find my energy and my self-discipline and give myself a real mental and physical work out!
