I am worried today that I ruined my weight loss at my sister's wedding. I only had one glass of wine, but this is what I do, one extreme or the other--it's either all good or all bad. I hate it when I do that. It's really so destructive. Ah well, I will try not to do the all or nothing thinking for the rest of the day. My husband is now beginning this diet. He is so much more extreme than I am. He had a can of tunafish for lunch today. At least he ate the breakfast I made. I wish I had the energy to go to the gym!
Maybe but an ice storm is coming so not sure when that will start. I do have to say this diet makes me so much less hungry! YAY for that! I will weigh in again tomorrow morning and see how I am doing.
