My calorie intake is at 1344 and I workout about 5x's a week. At the gym I burn anywhere from 300 to 600 calories daily. I want to increase my weight loss to losing about 2-4 lbs a week. Should I lower my calorie intake to 1200 and workout more? Or should I stay at 1344 and increase my workout? I would like to reach my goal of 140 lbs by mid March. So far I've lost 9 lbs and I currently weight 159 lbs.

You work out a lot, do you think that you haven't been losing as much as you would like because your gaining muscle? I would keep to cardio workouts that are not intense, just to prevent muscle growth if your only focusing on the scale. I would recommend keeping track of your inches, this will give you a better understanding of whats going on with your body.
