Slow and steady wins the race! I keep trying to tell myself that. I do find myself wishing I could wave a magic wand and already be at my goal weight but it just doesn't work that way. Getting some glimpses of spring and nicer weather and that's going to make things so much easier as I LOVE doing things outdoors and seem to have so much more energy over the summer.
