had a good day yesterday. So far my weight has stayed the same..but as long as I'm not gaining...its a good day. Hoping i start to see some weight loss again in the next couple of days. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast....had 2 fried eggs over some sauted onions and chicken breast that I pulled off the bone (left overs from our Roaster the other night)..always tastes so yummy and very filling :-)
