another good day...still not sure why the scale isn't moving, but i'm pressing on...like a soldier towards my destination. :-)

had a good day yesterday. So far my weight has stayed the same..but as long as I'm not gaining...its a good day. Hoping i start to see some weight loss again in the next couple of days. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast....had 2 fried eggs over some sauted onions and chicken breast that I pulled off the bone (left overs from our Roaster the other night)..always tastes so yummy and very filling :-)

Still doing great...woke up feeling good...not bloated...ate my delicious breakfast....am 1/2 way done with my first 32oz water bottle for the day and keeping my mind focused on the prize...."a better and healthier me" at the end of this journey :-)

Today was another great day. Ate my meals, drank my water, thought "postive thoughts" and stayed on program.
