It isn't always easy making the right healthy-food choices. Sometimes it's straight up difficult to eat a salad after cooking up the deep fried fat the family loves. But as FatSecret is my witness, if my husband puts one more gravy-slathered plate - one more dish of leftovers - under my nose while I'm cleaning the kitchen, I am going to chew his face off.
