Totally loving this low carb life style! I think i'm doing pretty well in keeping my carbs under control and with all this savory fatty food, i'm more than satisfied and don't even miss sugar! I'm down to 164lbs and i'm so happy to be back on track! i'll be at my goal in no time flat! :)
