My Wife has been asking me to prepare this for weeks. Yours looks amazing. I think I'm ready to comply with her request...

That looks delicious. Question how would you track calories for a meal like that. I’m afraid to eat things that I feel I don’t know how to track calories for. I also feel like I’m missing out on great meals like that one.

I love Cajun food. I was lucky to live in New Orleans for a year seems like forever ago. Amazing music, people & food! 💕

John, it's crawfish season, time to get it done. Dama lucky you, I used to go to New Orleans often, it's my favorite city, there's no other like it!

Lisa when I cook I weigh everything and create a recipe in Cookbook. Then I weigh the finished meal and divide it into 1 cup (227 gram) serving. I enter the number of servings into my recipe and FS Cookbook calculates the number of calories per serving.

I love etouffée! I'm going to a crawfish boil on Saturday! I'm really looking forward to it. I lived near Bossier City for 9 years and crawfish is one of the things I really miss having frequent access to.
