No hunger but reverting to OMAD & Dry IF as the ketone breath & taste in my mouth was too distracting.

My breath wasn't so much "bad" during my fast as that my mouth was so DRY, even though I was drinking at least 16 cups a day of water, including a couple cups of hot tea. I imagine that actually having bad breath would be quite annoying, especially since most fasting books say you shouldn't even have gum or mints.

Yea, this situation didn’t kick in so soon for my previous extended fasts.
I was oblivious to the keto breath until my toddler son told me said ‘smelly!’ hahah.
Although I brushed my teeth and tongue every few hours, the sickening sweet taste just kept coming back.
OMAD with low-carbs ‘superfood’ and impromptu EF would be my current plan of action.

Eidetiker, besides keeping me honest, my son is my inspiration & daily reminder for choosing to be in my best shape & weight.
When he was growing beyond 22lbs, I started to get breathless carrying him and walking for some distance. This made me realised that I am actually carrying up to 60lbs of extra weight aka body fats on me for so many years.
Thanks to books by Dr Jason Fung and Dr. Sergey Filonov, I can now melt fats easily while enjoying the ketone euphoria. I just need to manage the breath & taste hahah.
