Went to the gym again today. Did 10 min. on the stationary bike about about 40 min. on the treadmil ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 speed. I also increased the incline to 1.5. I did another walk/run type combination and got up to 2.3 miles this time.
Gonna keep working my way up. Just need to revamp my eating habits and continue to work on getting my legs back to normal. I think my breathing is fine but my legs give out on me really quickly.
