Went to the gym tonight, walk/run for about 40 min on the treadmill @ 4mph and did about 10 min of ab work.
Weighed myself tonight
Fat % 26.9 Water % 55.9
Gonna take off Friday from the gym to let my muscles relax then go Saturday morning and then Sunday morning start my circuit training of running 30 min and then working on my upper body then on Tues I will work my lower body.

Still to go: 21.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
