Now here's a question, if my cal intake is down this week can I lose more than two pound in a week? I've had a week off so I'll have built up that useless weight which drops off when you start. I don't know I'm confused by the whole thing. Though I must admit I am absolutely sick of being hungry, its been four months now since I've felt full for more than a day at a time. I'm so tempted by KFC, thats become my new obsession. But be strong!!!!
KFC will be my reward when I hit 170!!
