Ok just call me "Oprah" because I have another favorite thing to share! My gym has added Precor AMT Elliptical machines...OMG they are the best ever. This things burns more calories faster than anything else I've every tried. I did an hour and a half yesterday and burned over 1300 calories!!!!!!!!!
