Second day of food change, so far so good. Walked 3.1 miles with doggies, time split between rates to show a 3.3 mph walking rate.
Temperature is warmer, 61 degrees, but cloudy and clammy, as it rained last night and has been threatening to do so again all day. Finally got my body to kick in its heaters! Just needed a bit of exercise to get everything fired up, I guess. At last, my fingers and toes aren't freezing.
Bought some powdered peanut butter at the store yesterday. The carbs are less than any jarred variety I could find. I never knew this product existed, but I thought I'd give it a try in something. I'm wondering how it might work adding it to a vanilla protein shake???
