I weigh myself everyday. I feel it keeps me on track much better. However, when a big holiday comes around, I sometimes give myself a two or three-day moratorium, just so I can forget about it while celebrating.

Daily but want to make it weekly, but I'm always so curious each morning 😄

once a week, I start to fall into bad obsessive patterns if I do it daily 😅😬

Every day but I look at weekly & monthly trend charts and don't pay attention to individual data points which fluctuate. For example, yesterday I gained 2.2 lbs, today I dropped 2.4 lbs. Calories, activities the same. So why the wild swing? #WasteManagement 👍👍

LOL: I like Eatonkeaton's answer. Prettymedic's is alright too. Bondgurl has the right idea. I don't weigh in daily. As a matter of fact, I only weigh-in when I feel like I lost weight. This, I can tell, is when I go to bed hungry and I wake up starving w/hunger pangs in my belly. Sometimes, I get headaches and I know I have to eat something bc my body is going nuts w/me trying to lose weight. So, I weigh-in maybe 3 weeks to a month. I don't obsess over the scale. I never have. I go by my belly, in the mirror, the conditioning during my workouts that aren't difficult to attain anymore. THe way I feel after an hour walk or an hour cardio/aerobic workout is an awesome measurement of easier accomplishment everytime it gets more enjoyable/easier. I like losing inches. It looks/feels better than weight bc, as I have mentioned many times, muscle weighs more than fat. Don't obsess, follow your routine(s), eat only handsome food, and above all, have fun! :)

I weigh in 2x every morning, first when I wake up and then again after I go #2, which seems to happen within 5-15 minutes of each other.

I used to weigh every day but it was too frustrating with all the fluctuations. Now I weigh in about twice a week. So much better!!

Everyday. I'm a data geek. I like to see how my weight fluctuates daily but I'm not too concerned if I gain a pound or two from one day to the next.. I'm more interested in the long term trends. But I WILL look at the 90 day chart to see how my weight is trending and if I need to adjust.
