Didn't start off the month well. Hope I am able to meet the goal of 5-7 pounds for the month. I weighed myself yesterday, just to see and I was up less than a pound. I had planned to have 1 or 2 bad days at the beginning of the month, maybe pizza or something. But it ended up being a week. Actually had another gallbladder attack after eating 3 tacos! I've been good this week so far.
It's exhausting having people at my house all the time. There are 3 guys working for the drywall contractor that have been here since Wednesday. The contractor said he will finish on Tuesday with the walls being texturized. Then the painter came finish up the inside. He's been painting wherever he can. Then I have a week of having flooring installed. Means I have to move everything but the heavy furniture somewhere, probably the garage. Then I get the windows washed and get a cleaning service in before putting the house up for sale. The house will probably look so nice I won't want to sell it!
Leaving on a trip for 4 nights for the coast, up to Oregon and then the coast to Mendocino county. Meeting with one or two realtors, hoping to find a place to move. Was lucky that the lady I usually have come feed my cats when I leave for a few days is able to give my cat his insulin shots.
Got my 2nd Pfizer vaccine yesterday. No side effects so far and it feels so good to be fully vaccinated and know that in 10 days I will feel more comfortable about going to the grocery store etc. Will still wear a mask.
