I am so sick of myself. Why after three years at my goal weight did I allow myself to begin putting weight back on? I have to stop now, before I get back to that 248 where I started in 2001. It's not like I don't know the tricks. Small steps, write down everything I eat, get some sort of a work out every day for at least an hour a day. I will take the weight back off, and than I will stay there again. I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL.
