It is the beginning of a new year and as usual, I plan to low my weight. Tough, this year is different. My cholesterol is too high and my % body fat is high. I am just 31 and I have a son. If I want to enjoy him, and even have more kids I cannot continue like that. Finally, I will go to cancu,I would like to feel comfortable in swimsuit. So this year I will take it more seriously and I will keep my goals in mind.
