I am gonna have to step it up with exercise and my diet, I am not making the progress I was looking for, and I need to see numbers to keep an incentive. I just loved the 10 min run on wii fit plus, I think that is a great heart pumping exercise for 2 am when I get ready for work, its short and gives you a quick great workout for when you are short of time.
