I was on vacation from the 14th to 23rd in Mexico and really enjoyed the sun, food and beverages. When I stepped on the scale this morning I was pleasantly surprised that I maintained my weight and remained the same. This program has been blessing because it has taught me how watch what I and know what foods are good for me and which ones are not. I feel good except for the cold I caught.
