have been out of commission with skeletal issues , unable to exercise so I have failed all of my challenges, not feeling happy about any of it..am depressed and trying to get back in the groove..have been making poor choices as still having issues with whole foods and digestion...ten steps forward...10 more back...>.< simply disgusted...o.0
