Today is the 2nd day I'm watching what I eat and drink. Had breakfast today and had much more energy this AM at work then I normally do. I also had no soda or juice yesterday...yeah! Only water...except for my morning cup of coffee. I'm having fun recording what I eat and making sure I'm keeping within my allotted calories.
