Today is the 2nd day I'm watching what I eat and drink. Had breakfast today and had much more energy this AM at work then I normally do. I also had no soda or juice yesterday...yeah! Only water...except for my morning cup of coffee. I'm having fun recording what I eat and making sure I'm keeping within my allotted calories.

Day 1: Missed breakfast today :( I'm trying to be really good at eating breakfast in the AM. I think this is helping me throughout the day. I'm used to not eating in the AM, starved at lunch and dinner and usually eat way to much. Seems like when I eat in the morning I'm hungry for a snack mid morning before lunch. I snack more and I think this is good! Tomorrow I will eat breakfast.
