I am having a heck of a time eating enough food. Dinner tends to be small because I really did not want to have lunch but know I need to eat all 3 meals. Not sure if it is because I am drinking a lot of water or what.

when i was on atkins a long time ago, i also found it hard to get my calories in. i think it's the protein that keeps you full!
