Fasting blood sugar 156/ weight 166 Plan: IF/keto/exercise I am trying to follow the FS meal plan for IF for 1200 calories a day.I hadn’t looked at that until this week and it looks doable. So far it is working. My goal is to be below 160 when I visit my doctor in three weeks. In spite of having the water shut off because of arctic weather this week I am adapting to circumstances and learning to keep the meals low carb. Not an easy task when it would be simpler to eat sandwiches. And purchasing drinking water by the gallon means I drink less than 8 glasses a day. Grocery shelves are bare of water.
