Ok..well, I just listened to Jillian Michaels tell everyone about how she hates the lies that trainers tell their clients when they don't loose weight..like "your gaining muscle" or "your loosing inches" and how she thinks it is all bullshit. That if you only loose 2 pounds in a month, it is because you didn't do what you needed to since it is about weight loss and what the scale says does count. Those are the things that I have been telling myself for the last month, time to get real here.
So now I am really beating myself up, cause I gained 2.8 pounds in the weight in tonight. Maybe I really am that delusional, but I guess I need to realize that I cannot eat some of the things that I have been eating...even within the point allowance, and loose weight. I CANNOT EAT THESE FOODS & LOSE WEIGHT. In any way, shape or form. I might be able to eat these foods in very small quantities once I reach goal, but right now I think they are off limits.
