Today I went grocery shopping and decided I'm going to eat soup and a sandwich for lunch every day this week. That way, i know how many points I'm getting. And breakfast is cereal and fruit. I probably won't lose at the weigh-in Monday but I know I'm making good changes that will help me the following weeks!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
