I felt like I was starving drinking that protein drink at lunch. I ate a few broken tortilla chips I had left. I guess it will take time to get used to trying to drink them a few times a week. I don’t like the artificial sweet taste. I don’t drink much soda and won’t drink diet soda again. I do drink a lot of water. I guess I will see what happens!!
