I feel SO motivated to get on track!!! I dug out my "Marathoning for Mortals" book by John Bingham and Jenny Hadfield and am re-reading it for the fourth time! I also decided which marathon to sign up for! I wanted to do the Salt Lake City again, but there is not a chance I will be ready by April 16th! I only wanted to run it again to see how much I could improve on my finish time. The Provo River Marathon will be a beautiful scenic run so that's the one I will be signing up for!!! PLUS it's in August so I will for sure be up to the mileage by then!!!
Last night my brother-in-law came over whom I adore! I usually feed him dinner because he is single and always starving!!! But, last night he brought "Wingers"..... GRrrrrrrrrrrr "Bad Curtis"! I told him everyone else could share the wings, but they were "OFF LIMITS" to me!!! It's funny how when you tell someone no thank you they seem to want to force it down your throat!!! LOL! He prodded and I told him I didn't run 3 miles on the treadmill to blow it with wings! :) !!! He finally understood, and it's lucky for me because I was almost to the breaking point!!!!
I'm so glad I didn't fall into the trap of those luscious wonderful wings!!! I stayed strong and didn't touch em'!!!
Today will be easier knowing I need to go home and run after work!!! Then, it's Tilapia and greens!!! XOXOXOXO!

Ohhhh I LOVE chicken wings...sooooo much!! haven't had them in forever. BUT, my boyfriend (who loves to cook) will steam them and then bake them so they come out a little crunchy, delicious and healthy! (as long as I don't smother them with ranch!! HAHA!!) Big props to you on the marathon, that is really great. I've been doing 2-3 miles on the treadmill and 2+ on the elliptical, but I'm more of a walker than a runner. That really is fantastic that you do that!! AND with a family! Sounds like you're on the right track. Have a wonderful day! :)
