It seems as though I "fell off the wagon" with my Zumba quota! I continued to exercise with my personal trainer and I even jogged outside on a 2.2 mile trail. However, I joined this challenge for Zumba and I must stick to my challenges!! I will not beat myself up about it because no weight gain is also a small victory. But I will push myself to do more Zumba and aim for at least a 1 pound weight loss this week!
