I was wondering if anyone out there has a VITAMIX ? Do you like it or is it in the pantry collecting dust? I am wondering if the shakes --although healthy- are high in calories??

I do not have one. As for the shakes I think it all depends on what you put in them, and if you're using them for a snack or a meal. Sounds like it's time to do a bit of research.....hmmmmmm...I just might too!
