By noon, I had already tutored J Paul, worked out, and shopped for groceries. Dinner is planned and purchased. It feels good. I am starting to feel like I am getting my life back. If I only eat what we have planned for dinner I will be right at 1400 calories total for the day. I would like to see these lbs start falling. Tomorrow, weather permitting, I am going to find out my BMI and body fat percentage. I am going to try to not let those numbers get me down. They will merely be starting point.
