Learning to write down my absolute latest time I can remain in bed before working out and starting day.
Was gonna have a shake last night, but I like to chew food at night. So I had NF yogurt, 1 serving Fiber one cereal, and 1 oz of frozen blueberries. Total yum!
This morning - it was Kashi 7 grain waffles, sugar free syrup, and 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Total yum fest! Shakeology will be for lunch. Choosing wiser snack choices today (staying away from the Cheez-it packages). Getting ready for the winter storm warning to come in....
Turbo Fire 20min + Turbo Fire stretch 10min + Low Back floor exercises 10min. Done! Tomorrow is my last day on week 4! Too cool - I get to turn the page on Thursday! :)
