I am so proud of myself for reaching one of my personal goals yesterday of jogging the full distance from my house to my daughters school to pick her up which according to google maps is exactly 1mi. Since there's a definite goal and purpose besides running for running sake I'm hoping it'll be a habit that will be easy to stick to.
