My back was killing be on and off all day and especially in the evening so I couldn't prepare dinner for myself. Its a good thing I have greek yogurt on hand so that I could get the rest of my protein for the day. Thankfully for at least a small part of the day my back was feeling well enough for me to get in my usual aerobic activities. I am feeling so much better this morning. Time to get a whole bunch of excercise with catching up on housework.
