This is day 4 of keeping track of exercise and calories. I am going to sound like every other person out there that started keeping track of their calories but, man, am I surprised at how many calories I've actually been taking in. I just forget to take into consideration that dipping sauces have calories and the few bites of my husbands pizza was probably 100 to 150 calories. When you are trying to stay under 2100, it adds up quickly.

Its ok though. Awareness is the first step. Baby steps. That needs to be my mantra. Baby steps. I should be familiar with those.

Diet Calendar Entries for 08 January 2011:
