It'll happen, Evie...before Christmas I had been stuck since August. I am losing again now...just hope that when I hit that 187 it doesn't stall out again! UGH. You'll be back in ketosis in no time, just keep at it.

Evie...I don't remember Lolly, Lolly so I will have to you tube it and listen...I am looking forward to it and will let you know how it makes me feel after hearing it. The only problem with going back into that time is the commercials for sugary cereal lmao.."Lucky magic charms they're magically delicious"...Being raised with that brainwashing has made the sugary cereals very charming in my brain...But...It is my choice as to how I will choose and how I will let these thoughts lead me to eat a box of cereal anymore:) Please consider joining the challenge 2012 Pounds Begone as the first 12 weeks closes tomorrow...I see you have already lost 33 pounds and am asking you if you wouldn't mind donating some more to the cause...Towanda!!!!!

Thanks sweet Laurie! I know it's all good--I'm forever SHRINKING! We've seen that before, haven't we? I appear to stall but when I take my measurments LOTS of good things have been happening - and inches are gone. THAT is what I choose to dwell on. Mr. Keto is on his way! I hope you are doing super well and staying warm, sweet friend. I love you!

Hi Evie, don't discount the cold weather either. I lived for 3 years in Alaska and it was near impossible to get rid of fat due to the body wanting to insulate itself from the cold. Dress warmer to fool your body a bit.

Lisa, I just saw your sweet post. Sorry I did not reply earlier as I did not see the NEXT>> Anywho, thanks for your comment and for your big-time belief. You are such a blessing to me, too, my dear friend. And I will join the challenge. Can you send me another invitation b/c I can't seem to find it amongst my 'challenge stuff'. I 'cleaned up' and must have inadvertantly deleted it... Thanks for the kindred-ketosis, my friend. Have you heard about my fat-burnin' soup?! It's working. Lost 1.7 in the last 24 hours. I'm happy things are tickin' again! Honk, Honk, Towanda, girl!

Kathy, sorry I did not respond earlier. I just now saw your nice comment. Thanks so much for your well-wishes, and you definitely have something there. It can be much more difficult to lose weight during the winter b/c your body stores fat for insulation. Good idea about dressing warmer; I'd not thought of that - here as I sit in a tank top, jeans, and socks with a towel on my wet head b/c I just got out of the shower after exercising.... I also heard something else that was staggering - it is said that the average person gains up to 10 pounds during the winter months due to the body's refusal to let go of the fat, seeking insulation. Interesting stuff... Love ya right back!
